Donald asks…My husband snores and I can't sleep"?My husband snores and twitches his legs all through the night. It has become worse as he has gained weight again. I am a light sleeper and wake up all through the night because of it. I have tried earplugs, a box fan on high, sleeping pills, and have had him try some snore stop spray from Rite Aid.
