Your Questions About How To Help Snoring Stop
Mandy asks…How can I get my husband to stop snoring?My husband is a former smoker (he hasn't had a ciggie in 5 months) and he is chronically stuffy. He snores incredibly loudly, and it keeps me from falling asleep - and being a stay-home mom to a 2yr old boy, sleep is a necessity. I hit him, tell him to "shh!", roll him over (which isn't easy since he's overweight), kick him...none of it helps for longer than two minutes. What products have helped for anyone out there with the same
