Your Questions About Snoring Stop Smoking
Sandra asks…How could I stop snoring?I have read a little about "treatments", but curious to any opinions on here. I've read to quit smoking- done. Loose weight- but I'm not heavy. I have pretty bad allergies which more than likely causes the snoring. My mate just started wearing earplugs.
