Nancy asks…I am trying to give up smoking, going 'cold turkey'. Any tips?Well I am on my last packet of cigarettes then I am going to try and give up smoking! I have decided that I can't afford it, none of my friends smoke anymore so I feel a little anti-social, I hate smelling of it, it may stop me snoring and I am newly single and I don't want my smoking to put any potential new blokes off me!
I am going to have to go 'cold turkey' though as I cannot afford patches and nicotine gum etc.
