George asks…I snore a lot, what can i do to stop snoring and allow my baby daughter and my wife to sleep?I snore so loudly my neighbours complain!
Please help.
I sleep downstairs most of the time because of this and my sofas are hard and still neighbours complain.
I'm not that over weight i'm a reasonable size for a 40 year old and I have the occasional drink on special occasions.
Please help.Mark answers:Letting us know you are not over weight and only drink occasionally means you know one
