Carol asks…How can I stop snoring?My girlfriend tells me I snore all night and sometimes stop breathing before I take a deep breath. Is there anything I can buy over the counter that will help? I saw a product called "Your Sleeping Solution" but I can't tell from the site if it's just a scam. I am going to see a doctor but it may take some time before I can get into a sleep study.
