Sandra asks…How could I stop snoring?I have read a little about "treatments", but curious to any opinions on here. I've read to quit smoking- done. Loose weight- but I'm not heavy. I have pretty bad allergies which more than likely causes the snoring. My mate just started wearing earplugs. While we can joke about it and are dealing with each other's snoring, we'd like to see what action could be taken. Any help is appreciated.
