Snoring, how to stop it?
My fella is driving me mad with his snoring at nigt. I love him so much but right now due to lack of sleep I am getting very snappy at adgitated. We have tried breathe easy strips, sprays etc with no luck. I wear ear plugs but his snoring is so bad it vibrates through the pillows. I also have to take 2 phenagan tablets every night to help me sleep (they are for hay fever but can also be taken as a mild sedative) but this is only advised
